I am Penny
I was born in 1971, from a Thai mother and Chinese father who immigrated to Thailand when he was around five years old with his Chinese parents during World War II.
My hard-working father was the eldest son in his family. He was a fisherman who run his own fishery business, taking care 40-50 employees, their families and his own.

My dedicated mother was a fishmonger, helping my father run the business on shore while raising 9 children of her own plus many in-laws.
I hails from Samutprakarn, Thailand, a short 30-minute drive from the Sukhumvit area; the heart of Bangkok. I spent most of my life studied and worked in Bangkok and Samutprakarn before I relocated to Amata Nakorn, Chonburi when I married with French-Canadian husband who I met in 2000 but he relocated to Thailand in early 2003.
My most recent corporate role in Thailand was as Assistant Marketing Manager at Jotun, a Norwegian firm; found in 1926. Jotun has been operating in 100 countries around the globe. Was established in Thailand since 1968 as a far east gateway. I served at Jotun from mid 1996 - mid 2008
Prior to my current endeavours, my last source of income came from operating my own garment factory between 2006 - 2008 before I move to Canada, which included 18 industrial machines and employed 12 staff members.
After I gave birth to my first Thai-Canadian child, we decided to settle in Quebec, Canada, to provide my newborn a bilingual environment (English and French) when he was just seven months old. I has been living in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada, ever since, now as a Canadian-Thai citizen.

I do not perceive my characters base on someone's perceptions of me. As I believe different up-bringing, educational background, social norms, belief system, attitude and mind-set have strong impact on individual's approach to life. Whether people like or dislike me. I believe I can surely learn something from different walk of life. Aiming to do better, be better than I was yesterday. But I am not one to shape my core values and personality upon someone's validation and acceptance of me.
I views myself as a dust, spinning in the middle of absolutely nowhere in multiverse; knowing when to surrender to the unknown, when to stop, and when to let go for peace and good sake.

My responses and actions depend on the energy present in each interaction. I do not judge good or bad, right or wrong. Instead, I understand human dynamiques, look beyond the veil, chill out for peace, let go, and let karma serve its kindness and compassion.
As a licensed massage therapist who had bachelor in psychology, practicing Thai massage in Canada while raising the children on her own in foreign country for nearly two decades.
With life experiences, educational background, knowledge and know-how. I have gained valuable perspectives on love, life, and relationships that I hopes to bring awareness and understanding of human relationships and dynamics to those who cross my path; aiming to provide more than just a massage skills to heal physical pains to those in my care. Hoping to share differences perspectives and stories between the East and the West, to inspire and uplift people, so we can learn from each others, to do better, be better, making the world a better place for the younger generations to come.

I believes that good relationships and trust start within oneself which influenced by family dynamics and five people we encounter the most; the smallest social group, yet most impactful environment that shapes individual's character, personality, happiness, peace of mind, future endeavours, self-love and acceptance, realization and self-actualization, a workplace, community, and the global society at large.

On an individual level, human seek to recognize their potential and uniqueness, striving to understand their purpose in life, who they really are and why they are here on this planet for.

As social creatures, humans strive to create and learn new things, wanting to evolve and understand relationship dynamics for profound happiness, and to avoid mental fatigue, exhaustion and abusive environments so they can create more. Deep within, human yearn to be a creator; a god like in nature, not a follower.

Despite everything else, I believe all beings on Earth, including humans, need to feel loved and cared for. Humans needed to appreciate one's existence as the most beautiful thing that could happen to each and everyone of them. Thus we can not deny that birth and rebirth is a precious thing but living on the planet, being human is sufferings. That is why so many of us seeking Nirvana; to end all and be all.

Birth provide endless miracles.
But dead is a new beginning, not the end.
The physical body has its limit, just like the mind, emotional, mental, psychological, and spiritual aspects. Long-term healing involves conscious decision-making and changes in behavior.
Please do not abuse yourself and expecting miracles from me in one or two sessions to fix your chronic pains and stiffness you accumulated over the years If you continue being in toxic relationships within and without, enjoying negative surrounding, not wanting to let go bad habits.
Just as a doctor prescribes medication to be taken regularly. Consistent effort and adjustments are necessary for lasting results.
Ultimately, the choice to improve your life circumstances lies within you. Not me to convince, control, take ownership, compare nor compete.
We are all have free will to choose and do whatever as we please. But there will be consequences on the choice we have made. Good or not so. It's the choice we made. Own it. Don't complain, blame or play a victim. It's a waste of time, energy and resource unnecessary.
I am sharing this out of love, aiming to help you understand human dynamics to improve your well-being on all levels; physical, mental, psychological, emotional, and spiritual.

I say

Once you learnt to let go of everything you fear to lose, you will truly understand how to live and love.
When you love a flower, you don't pluck it to claim ownership. Instead, you water it to keep it alive until it naturally reaches its end that you have no choice but to let it go.
Before you let your love flow unconditionally, ensure you find a healthy seed in good conditions with the potential to grow before planting and nurturing it.
You don't want to waste your time and energy watering a dead seed in toxic soil and hazardous environments, expecting it to grow and flourish.
If you desire a rose, don't nurture weeds. Remove the surrounding weeds to ensure they don't deplete your resources, leaving your good seed to wither.
Once you've found a good seed and nurturing environment, be prepared to get down and dirty.
Pour your water over the seed repeatedly, without expectation.
Allow the seed to take its time to break through the darkness, sprout, and grow its stem. Whether it has thorns or not, blooms or not. You can only keep watering, watching, and observing its progress.
It is not for you, me, or anyone to judge or expect its growth how you like them to form up. Whether it becomes a rose or a weed, let it be until the time has come to let go.

No one can control, force, cling to, claim ownership or authority over its growth; the natural cause and effect.
We can only try, let it be, watch, observe, let go and let god.
Some seeds take three months to bloom.
Some take five years to bear fruit.
Others might take at least twenty years.

The longer it takes, the tougher and more grounded it becomes.

There are reasons why a beautiful and fragrance flower such as roses that everyone love them, wanting to get them, grew some thorns.

Humans are no different.
Male, female, LGTBQ, transgender, or hidden Y chromosome alike. Souls have no gender, label nor ages.

Knowledge is expensive
But not knowing is more expensive than the knowledge.
Love is not what you say
Love is what you do.
Love is not a give and take.
Love is a giving and receiving.
Love is not subjective
Love is objective.
As within, so without.
As above, so below.

We can learn so much from mother nature if we pay attention. Don't you think? That's all I have to say.
